Design and estimate 43 whole structures from a few dimensions — now including a flyover, a pedestrian footbridge, a multi-storey car park, a school block, a mid-rise hotel, an office tower, a roundabout and a railway track. The full list: homes (house, granny flat, duplex, townhouses, three-storey apartments with a basement, a coastal house on piles, acreage pad earthworks), commercial and industrial buildings (tilt-up warehouse, steel shed, dual-lane and flame-grill drive-thru burger restaurants, a fuel station with a convenience store, childcare centre, medical centre and pharmacy, self-storage, car wash, tenancy fit-outs), civil works (residential subdivision, roads, culverts, detention basins, rock seawalls, canal pontoons and boat ramps, a retaining-wall comparison), infrastructure (sewage pump station, water reservoir, solar farm with battery, EV charging hub, telecom tower) and small structures. Each one gives a quantity take-off, design checks against Australian Standards, a dimensioned schematic and an Excel workbook with live formulas. The project analysis panel adds location factors and escalation, scenario comparison, a cash-flow S-curve and programme, 30-year lifecycle cost, embodied carbon, an AIQS trade BOQ and a Monte Carlo contingency.
